B) Frequency
C) Coverage
D) Usefulness

Learn ability 

The content should be organised in gradual manner in order to be more efficient, from the easier themes to the more complex ones.

Frequency;

Integration of the most frequent items use in target language .

Coverage 

Incorporate the terminology and structures that have wider coverage in the use of language .

Usefulness

Set up languages forms and skills that are socially useful for the learners.
