This causes inequality to occur in wage gaps, not receiving professional advancement opportunities, and not having access to networks that provide connections for future careers. The solution to gender inequality will require changes on all levels—from individual attitudes to company practices and government laws.
Achieving gender equality needs more than effort; it needs innovation too.
In my point of view, there are so many problems in our society that need to be solved. One of them is a difference between men and women which we call it as a “gender inequality”
